Our Story: At Cap and Mane, we are taking passion and a love for mushrooms to your doorstep. Restaurant quality mushrooms do not need to be limited, with a love for cooking and elevating dishes in my home to wanting to share that with others, Cap and Mane strives to deliver exceptional quality mushrooms for your culinary and health benefits.
What we offer: We have handpicked oysters, lions mane, etc. from some of the top strains in the country and grown on organic, local substrate. Here we produce the fruit for immediate culinary use, we have grow bags for at home growing, live cultures, and grain spawn jars.
About Us:
We are a small, local, family with a passion for culinary mushrooms. We have established a cyclical way to grow, sustainably, high quality mushrooms. We have a small flock of chickens we are raising to help with the bi-product waste within our garden, composting, and continuing to produce top quality culinary mushrooms for your table or restaurant tables.
We are dedicated to delivering the highest quality mushrooms throughout the PNW. Our home base is within Columbia County and Clatsop County, Oregon.
